How much is a Dubai visa for Indians?

The UAE visa is in the price of all five of our Dubai trips. If you arrange it yourself, the GDRFA Dubai page for a single-entry tourist visa lists AED 200 for 30 days and AED 300 for 60 days, plus 5% VAT (checked 12 Oct 2026). That is about ₹5,473 for the 30-day visa. The page says the visa must be applied for through a UAE tourism establishment and that the total can vary, and agents and airlines add their own service charge. Our Dubai visa guide has the documents and the other visa routes.

How much should I budget a day for food and transport in Dubai?

Breakfast is in every one of our Dubai trips, so on your own you are paying for lunch, dinner and getting around on free time. Our planning figure is AED 60 to 120 per person a day for food at Indian and Arabic restaurants in Karama, Bur Dubai or Deira, more in Downtown or the Marina, plus AED 20 to 60 for the metro and taxis. Together that is AED 80 to 180, about ₹2,100 to ₹4,700 a day. Vegetarian and Jain travellers will find plenty in Karama and Bur Dubai; see vegetarian food in Dubai.
