Open a trip and send your dates, number of travellers and preferences. Its “How we plan this trip” page explains the arrangements for that particular journey.
Work through the details
We check availability, discuss the arrangements and identify any changes or extras to include in your quote.
Review before booking
Read your written itinerary, total price, inclusions and payment and cancellation terms before deciding. An enquiry itself makes no reservation.

Private journeys
Discuss the route, pace and stays you prefer. Changes depend on availability and are agreed in your final itinerary and quote.
Group tours
Start with the published itinerary and departures. We check operator availability and confirm the arrangements; changes to a set group schedule need separate agreement.
Activities & day experiences
Confirm your date, preferred time, meeting arrangements and any participation requirements. Check the trip page for what is included and what costs extra.
