Refunds & Cancellations
The default rules. Where a package page prints different windows, the package page wins.
Multi-day journeys
- 30+ days before departure: lose only the deposit.
- 15–29 days: 50% of the package cost.
- 7–14 days: 75% of the package cost.
- Under 7 days / no-show: no refund.
- One free date change to a later departure up to 15 days out.
Activities
- Free reschedule up to 48 hours before your slot.
- Under 48 hours: no refund, but your slot is transferable to a friend.
- Operator weather cancellations: full refund or free reschedule — your choice.
If we cancel
If we ever have to cancel a confirmed trip (for reasons within our control), you get a full refund or a free date change, your pick. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Cooling-off
Full refund (minus gateway fees) if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and 30+ days before departure.
