Your booking terms
Cancellation charges, refundable amounts and payment deadlines depend on your itinerary and its suppliers. Review the policies on your journey page and the written quote supplied by our team before you confirm. Ask us to clarify any difference before paying.
Date changes and activities
Changes depend on availability and supplier conditions. Additional costs may apply. Activities may have separate weather, rescheduling and cancellation conditions, which should be confirmed with your booking.
Requesting a cancellation or refund
Contact the team with your booking reference, traveller name and requested change. We will confirm the applicable charges, any refund due, the payment method and expected processing time in writing.
Changes by an operator
If an operator changes or cancels an arrangement, the available alternatives and refund terms depend on that booking. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
