1. Who we are
Travelers Clan ("we") is an experiential travel company based in Ahmedabad, India, operating group journeys and activities listed on this website.
2. Bookings
An enquiry — whether placed on this site, on WhatsApp, or by an AI assistant on your behalf — is not a booking. A booking exists only when a human captain confirms it and your deposit clears. Prices are billed in INR; other currencies shown are approximate.
3. Payments & taxes
Deposit and balance schedules are printed on each package page. Indian residents pay 2% TCS on overseas packages as mandated by law, disclosed before payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler details provided.
4. Changes & cancellations
Per-trip cancellation windows apply as printed at the time of booking; see the refunds policy. If we ever have to cancel a confirmed trip for reasons within our control, you then choose a full refund or a free date change.
5. Your conduct
Captains hold absolute authority on safety calls. Harassment, endangerment or illegal activity ends your trip without refund.
6. Liability
Adventure activities carry inherent risk; operators are vetted and insurance is included as listed per package. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the affected journey.
7. Intellectual property
The itineraries, trip descriptions, photography, journal articles, logo and the design of this site belong to Travelers Clan, except where stated otherwise. You are welcome to share a link to any page. You may not copy an itinerary, description or photograph onto another site, marketplace or listing without our written permission.
When you post a review or a photograph here you keep ownership of it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on this site and in our marketing. You confirm it is your own work. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Names such as hotels, airlines, parks and attractions appear on this site only to describe what a trip includes. Those names and logos belong to their owners, and their use here does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by them unless we say so explicitly.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to us with the page address and proof of ownership and we will take it down while we look into it. Contact details are on the contact page.
8. Disputes
Governed by the laws of India; courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
