Travelers Clan exists because of that moment.
We started in Ahmedabad with an unfashionable idea: that the itinerary should be written after we meet you, not before. Because the thing people carry home is almost never the thing that was advertised. Ask anyone about a trip they loved and they won't describe a monument. They'll describe a morning they weren't rushed. A meal nobody planned. An hour that belonged entirely to them.
Those aren't logistics. They're the whole point — and they only happen when a journey is built with room for the person taking it. So that's what we plan backwards from: not the sights, but the hours you'll still be talking about in ten years.
