The story

Your journey outline

Each stage can cover one or more days. Tell us what you would change; your final itinerary is agreed before booking.

1. Stage 01 Arrival

   Land and take the first evening at the Marina, which is flat, walkable and has somewhere for everyone to eat. Then down to the Dubai Fountain at the foot of the Burj Khalifa: it runs every half hour after dark, costs nothing, and reliably silences children for a few minutes.

2. Stage 02 Aquaventure

   Atlantis Aquaventure on the Palm for a full day. It is one of the largest waterparks in the world, with slides graded from gentle rivers to the near-vertical Leap of Faith through a tunnel of sharks and Shark Attack's ride through the Shark Lagoon, so every age in the group has something. The Palm beach afterwards for the sunset.

3. Stage 03 Desert (Gentle Mode)

   A deliberately late start, because the desert is an afternoon activity. Dune bashing in a four-wheel drive at the gentler setting on request, sandboarding, camels, then a camp with a barbecue, henna and a fire. Families with small children can ask for the early return.

4. Stage 04 Mall Day

   The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo inside the mall, where the tunnel walk is the bit that lands. A VR park or the ice rink in the same building when everyone needs to sit down. In the evening, the Burj Khalifa observation deck on a booked slot so there is no queue.

5. Stage 05 The Return

   A pool morning, a late checkout if it can be had, and the flight home. Four nights, one waterpark, one desert, one very tall building, and a set of children who will talk about it until the next holiday.
