Singapore Trip Cost from India 2026: 4–5 Nights in Rupees

A 4–5 night Singapore trip from Ahmedabad costs about ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000 per person if you book the flights, hotel and tickets yourself, with flights and the hotel making up more than half of it (figures checked 12 Oct 2026). Our planned Singapore trips, which include return flights from Ahmedabad, a 4-star hotel with breakfast, airport transfers and the listed tickets, start at ₹51,999 per person for 4 days and 3 nights and ₹64,999 for 5 days and 4 nights.

Below is the line-by-line budget, the rupee price of every Singapore ticket we sell, and the costs that sit outside any trip price, each with its source.

Three notes before you choose. SkyHelix needs riders to be at least 1.05 metres tall, and the operator does not recommend it for anyone with a fear of heights, limited mobility or motion sickness. Sky Dining seats two to four people per cabin, so it is not a solo booking. At River Wonders, the giant panda habitat is closed for renovation until 30 Nov 2026. You can see every Singapore ticket, sorted by type, on our things to do in Singapore page.

What costs sit outside the trip price?

The Singapore visa

Indians with ordinary passports need a visa for Singapore. The Singapore Consulate-General in Mumbai, which handles applicants from Gujarat, lists a visa fee of ₹2,100 from 1 Jan 2026 plus a fixed ₹1,300 service charge from its authorised visa agents, ₹3,400 in all (checked October 2026). It no longer takes walk-in applications, asks you to apply in the 30 days before arrival, and gives 3 to 5 working days for processing. You also fill in the SG Arrival Card online in the three days before you land; the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority says it is free, so ignore sites that charge for it. On our trips the visa is handled by us, and your quote shows the fee; our Singapore visa guide lists the documents.

Food

SingStat's average hawker prices for August 2026: chicken rice S$4.23 (about ₹319), fishball noodles S$4.43, economical rice with one meat and two vegetables S$3.80, a plain roti prata S$1.29 and a kopi or teh with condensed milk S$1.44. The Singapore Tourism Board says most hawker centres have vegetarian choices, but some vegetarian dishes still contain egg or dairy, so ask at the stall. Allow S$25 to S$50 (about ₹1,900 to ₹3,800) a day per person: the lower figure for hawker meals all day, the higher one if you add a sit-down Indian vegetarian dinner. Our trips include breakfast, which takes one meal off that.

Getting around

From 27 Dec 2025, an adult card fare on the MRT or a basic bus is S$1.28 to S$2.57 a journey, depending on distance (Land Transport Authority fare table). The Singapore Tourist Pass gives unlimited basic bus, MRT and LRT rides for S$17 (1 day), S$24 (2 days), S$29 (3 days), S$37 (4 days) or S$45 (5 days); it does not cover the Sentosa Express. If you would rather not drag suitcases onto a train, our Changi Airport to hotel private transfer is ₹3,477 per vehicle for a sedan, not per person.

Insurance and medical costs

Travel insurance is not in our trip prices, and it is worth buying. Singapore General Hospital's price list, updated 1 Oct 2026, charges a non-resident S$222 to S$289 (about ₹16,700 to ₹21,800) for a first specialist visit, and its emergency attendance fee is S$172.90, before tests or medicines.

When is a Singapore trip cheapest from India?

On 12 Oct 2026, Singapore Airlines' nonstop from Ahmedabad (one flight a day, about 5 hours 50 minutes) showed economy return fares from ₹58,915 in October and November and from ₹55,875 in December, while week-long trips in January to early March 2027 started at ₹32,474 to ₹35,635. Hotels follow a similar curve: the Singapore Tourism Board's average room rate was S$260.70 to S$270.80 a night from April to June 2026, against S$278.70 to S$284.40 in July and August. For weather, the Meteorological Service Singapore names February as the driest month and November to January as the wettest. If your dates are flexible, February is where low fares and drier weather meet.

How do you keep a Singapore trip on budget?

  • Watch Garden Rhapsody, the light and sound show in the Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay. It runs daily at 7.45pm and 8.45pm and is free.
  • Take the combo where one exists. The zoo and River Wonders together are ₹6,529, against ₹6,800 for the two tickets bought separately.
  • Count your rides before buying a Tourist Pass. The 5-day pass works out at S$9 a day, about four to seven card fares, so it pays off only on days when you are out and about.
  • Eat lunch at a hawker centre and save the sit-down meal for dinner.
  • Pick one big-ticket day. Universal Studios and Sky Dining are the two priciest lines on most budgets; doing one of them, not both, saves ₹5,999 to ₹9,420 per person.

If you are travelling with parents, our guide to Singapore with elderly parents has an easy-pace plan, and if you are adding Kuala Lumpur, read Malaysia visa-free for Indians before you book. Our Singapore guide covers the neighbourhoods and when to go.

FAQs

How much does a 5-day Singapore trip cost from India? About ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000 per person from Ahmedabad if you book everything yourself, as of October 2026: return flights from ₹32,474, a ₹3,400 visa, four hotel nights and five days of food and tickets. Our 5-day, 4-night Singapore trips start at ₹64,999 per person with flights, a 4-star hotel with breakfast, airport transfers and the listed tickets included.

Is ₹1 lakh enough for a Singapore trip for one person? For 4 to 5 nights, usually yes, if you travel outside October to December, share a room and eat mostly at hawker centres. At the high end of the October fares and an average hotel, one person sharing a room comes closer to ₹1,25,000 to ₹1,50,000.

How much is the Singapore visa fee for Indians? ₹2,100 visa fee plus a ₹1,300 authorised agent charge, ₹3,400 per person, according to the Singapore Consulate-General in Mumbai (checked October 2026). Apply in the 30 days before arrival and allow 3 to 5 working days.

How much money should I carry per day in Singapore? Around S$25 to S$50 (₹1,900 to ₹3,800) per person for food, plus S$5 to S$10 for public transport if you do not buy a pass. Tickets are extra unless they are in your trip price.

Are the attraction tickets cheaper as part of a trip? The trip price includes the tickets listed for that trip, so you do not pay for them again. Anything outside that list, such as Sky Dining or SkyHelix, you add at the per-person prices shown above.
