  1. Land, drop bags and go straight to the Merlion and the bay, because Singapore is small enough that the icons are twenty minutes apart. Gardens by the Bay after dark for the Supertree light and sound show, which runs twice nightly and is free, then dinner somewhere along the water.

  2. A slow morning in the city, then the transfer to the cruise terminal. Boarding takes a couple of hours with the formalities, and the ship sails at sunset with Singapore's skyline going gold behind you from the top deck, which is the best view of the city you will get all trip.

  3. A full day at sea, which is the point of a short cruise rather than a gap in it. Pools, the spa, the water slides, a production show in the evening, and as much food as you are willing to face. Nothing requires you to be anywhere, which after a city day is the whole appeal.

  4. Back alongside in the morning and off the ship after breakfast. The afternoon is Orchard Road, which is several kilometres of malls joined by underground walkways, and an evening back around Clarke Quay by the river.

  5. A last morning, then Jewel at Changi on the way to the gate: the Rain Vortex is a forty-metre indoor waterfall inside the terminal, and the forest around it is a genuine reason to arrive early rather than a way to fill time.

If we ever have to cancel your trip ourselves, you choose a full refund or a free date change.

Refund policy

Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and 30+ days before departure.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

15–29 days: 50% of the package cost.
