Saffron is a buffet restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm, the resort on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Atlantis's own page, read 26 September 2026, lists a weekly run of themed dinners: Pan-Asian Monday, Seafood Tuesday, International Wednesday, Indian Express Thursday, Mediterranean Friday, South-East Asia Saturday and a Sunday Roast, but on that date only Tuesday's seafood night and Wednesday's international night were shown as running; Atlantis marked the other five as 'coming soon'.
