The story

How the transfer works

Your pickup time and meeting point are confirmed for your date.

1. Step 01 Arrival

   A Marhaba agent meets you at the arrival gate and escorts you through immigration to the baggage hall and the meeting point. Porter help and buggy rides depend on the tier, as Marhaba states it.

2. Step 02 Departure

   A Marhaba agent meets you at the kerb and escorts you through check-in and on towards security, as your tier allows. Marhaba offers check-in assistance in Terminal 3 only.

3. Step 03 Lounge

   On the lounge option, up to four hours in a Marhaba lounge before your flight, with food, hot and cold drinks and Wi-Fi. Showers cost extra.

Know before you go

• Marhaba's own DXB page lists Fast Track, Silver, Gold, Family, Elite and Family Elite; it does not list Bronze. Your captain confirms with the operator what the operator's Bronze tier covers before you choose it.
• Marhaba's lounge ticket for up to four hours is for Terminal 3, Concourses A and B; the Concourse C lounge has been closed since 3 June 2026, by Marhaba's page. Your captain checks your departure terminal and which lounge the operator's ticket covers before you pay.
• Tell your captain the airline, flight number, date and time when you enquire, and at once if the flight changes.
• You still need a valid UAE visa, or to be eligible to enter without one, before you fly. Confirm the entry rules for your passport before travelling.
• If anyone needs a wheelchair, book it with your airline as well and tell your captain; Marhaba's buggy rides are on request and subject to availability.
• The operator gives 1 hour for the Bronze arrival only; the other rows carry no duration. The lounge ticket is for a stay of up to 4 hours.
• The operator gives one rate per option and no child or infant rate. Marhaba prices children aged 2 to 12 separately and admits under-2s to its lounge free; your captain asks the operator for each guest's price before you pay.
• Availability is confirmed by the operator only when your captain books. The operator can decline a booking if the price has changed or the service is unavailable, and you are told before you pay.
• Prices are per person in INR. GST and TCS on international bookings are shown in your written quote.
