1. Step 01 Reach Times Square Center

   This is a ticket-only option: make your own way to Times Square Center on Sheikh Zayed Road. The lounge is on the ground floor.

2. Step 02 Gear up in the lobby

   Put on the hooded parka and gloves you are given; ask for shoes if you are in sandals.

3. Step 03 Inside the lounge

   Time among the ice sculptures at minus six degrees. On the hot-drinks option, your drinks are served inside.

4. Step 04 Back to the mall

   Hand back the gear and step out into the mall. There is no transfer on either option.

Know before you go

• Minus six degrees is properly cold. Wear full-length trousers and closed shoes under the parka, and keep a warm layer for small children.
• If anyone in your group has a heart or breathing condition, is pregnant, or is very young or elderly, ask your doctor before going into sub-zero cold, and tell your captain.
• Opening hours and how long you may stay inside are not given on the pages we could read. Your captain confirms both with the operator for your date.
