Europe Tour with Jain Food 2026–27: Tours from ₹1,69,000

Our Europe group tours with Jain meals start from ₹1,69,000 per person for 8 days in Eastern Europe, and the six compared here go up to ₹2,99,000 for 13 days from Paris to Rome, with Indian Jain, vegetarian or non-vegetarian lunches and dinners on every tour (prices checked 16 Oct 2026). An 8-day tour includes 6 such lunches and 7 dinners, so you are not hunting for Jain food in a new city every evening.
Each tour price includes hotels (4-star on five tours, a 3 and 4-star mix on European Highlights), a daily continental buffet breakfast, the listed lunches and dinners, coach touring, the sightseeing on the itinerary and a tour manager throughout. Airfare and visa charges are not included. GST and TCS are shown in your written quote.
Prices checked 16 Oct 2026 from our live trip pages. Food import rules checked with the European Commission's Your Europe portal and GOV.UK in October 2026.
Which Europe tours include Jain meals?
All our scheduled Europe group tours list Indian Jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunches and dinners among their inclusions; here are six of them, by price. You choose Jain for each traveller when you book. The menus are pre-set, so the choice is made at booking, not at the table.

How many lunches and dinners does each tour include?
Each tour includes dinner on every night and lunch on most touring days, all with a Jain option. Here are the counts from each tour's inclusions.
| Tour | Nights | Jain-option lunches | Jain-option dinners |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jewels of East Europe | 7 | 6 | 7 |
| European Highlights | 9 | 8 | 9 |
| Glimpses of United Kingdom | 7 | 6 (Indian or local) | 7 |
| Fascinating Europe | 7 | 6 | 7 |
| Exclusive Europe | 10 | 9 | 10 |
| Best of Europe | 12 | 11 | 12 |
On Jewels of East Europe, most of the lunches are at Indian restaurants along the route, in Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Salzburg. The UK tour's lunches are listed as Indian or local, so tell us at booking that you need Jain at every meal. Meals not in the itinerary, and food or drink outside the set menus, are not included.
What about breakfast at the hotel?
Breakfast on every tour is the hotel's continental buffet, not an Indian or Jain meal. Expect breads, cereals, fruit and similar, which vary from hotel to hotel. We cannot promise that every breakfast suits a strict Jain diet, so plan for it:
- Check what is on the buffet on the first morning, and ask the tour manager what each hotel can offer.
- Carry a small supply of packaged dry snacks from home for the mornings (see the rules on what you can carry below).
- Fruit from the buffet travels well as a mid-morning snack on coach days.
Lunch and dinner are where the Jain meals are planned, so most families find the breakfasts manageable with a little preparation.
How do you get a Jain meal on the flight?
Our group tours do not include airfare, so the Jain meal on your flight is requested with the airline. Ask your airline when you book, and check how many hours before departure the request must be in; airlines set their own cut-offs and not every route offers every special meal. If you change your flight later, check that the meal request has moved to the new booking.
For a long flight with elderly parents, carry a small packet of dry snacks in your hand baggage in case the special meal is not loaded.
What should Jain travellers carry from India?
Check the rules before you pack, because many Indian staples contain milk.
- The Schengen countries: the European Commission's Your Europe portal (checked October 2026) says travellers arriving from outside the EU are not allowed to bring any meat or dairy products. That means ghee, paneer, milk powder and milk-based sweets stay at home. The exceptions are powdered infant milk, infant food and special medical food, up to 2 kg, in branded and unbroken packaging.
- The UK: GOV.UK (checked October 2026) says you cannot bring in milk or milk-based products from outside the EU, apart from infant milk and medical food. It lists bread, biscuits, chocolate, confectionery, pasta, noodles and packaged soup as allowed from any country.
- Fruit and vegetables: the EU allows only limited quantities, and plants and plant products need a plant health certificate. Leave fresh produce at home.
In practice, pack sealed, branded dry snacks and read the ingredient list for milk, ghee or butter. Declare food at customs if you are unsure.
Are these tours easy for elderly parents?
They work for parents who are comfortable with long coach days and a few hours of walking. The tour manager handles the hotels, the coach and the meals, which takes a lot off an older traveller's mind.
- Jewels of East Europe has a guided walking tour of two to three hours in each city and one alpine cable-car excursion, with the coach covering the long distances.
- Glimpses of United Kingdom mixes coach travel with guided walking on cobbled streets and castle stairs.
- Fascinating Europe has daily walking and one high-altitude cable-car day at Mt Titlis, plus the Jungfraujoch excursion.
- Best of Europe is 13 days of coach travel across nine countries with a new city most days, which is tiring for some parents.
If a parent has a heart or breathing condition, ask their doctor about the high-altitude days before you book. For an older couple, an 8-day tour is usually the easier first trip. A third person in a room usually gets a rollaway bed, and the room size is the same as a twin, so a parent sharing with a couple may prefer their own room.
For a couple, two places on Jewels of East Europe come to ₹3,38,000, and on Fascinating Europe ₹4,14,000, before GST, TCS, flights and visa fees. A child is anyone under 11 for the whole tour, and children are priced in your quote.
How do you book a Jain-friendly Europe tour?
- Choose the tour and a listed date, and tell us that the travellers need Jain meals.
- We confirm your seat and the departure in writing and send a written quote with GST and TCS.
- Apply for your visa: a Schengen visa for the mainland tours, a UK visa for the UK tour.
- Book flights only after your seat is confirmed in writing, and add the Jain meal request with your airline.
- Pack your dry snacks to the EU and UK rules above.

FAQs
Which Europe tours include Jain food? All our scheduled Europe group tours list Indian Jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunches and dinners; the six in this guide run from Jewels of East Europe at ₹1,69,000 per person to Best of Europe at ₹2,99,000 (prices checked 16 Oct 2026). You choose Jain for each traveller when you book.
How many Jain meals are included on an 8-day Europe tour? On our 8-day tours, 6 lunches and 7 dinners with a Jain option, plus a daily continental buffet breakfast at the hotel. Longer tours include more: the 13-day Best of Europe has 11 lunches and 12 dinners.
Is breakfast Jain on a Europe group tour? Not as a rule. Breakfast is the hotel's continental buffet, so carry a few packaged dry snacks and ask the tour manager what each hotel can offer.
Can I carry ghee or milk-based sweets to Europe? No. The EU does not allow travellers from outside the EU to bring meat or dairy products, and the UK bans milk-based products from outside the EU. Pack sealed dry snacks without milk, ghee or butter.
Are flights and visas included in your Europe group tour price? No. Airfare and visa charges are extra, and GST and TCS are shown in your written quote. Book flights only after your seat is confirmed in writing.
Is a Europe group tour suitable for elderly Jain parents? Yes, for parents comfortable with coach days and a few hours of walking. The 8-day Jewels of East Europe or Fascinating Europe tours are the easier choices, with Jain lunches and dinners planned by the tour.
