Reach the Dubai Mall
Ticket-only guests make their own way to the Dubai Mall; the Dubai Mall metro station connects to it. On the transfer options a vehicle collects you from your Dubai hotel; the shared vehicle collects other guests on the way.
- Step 02
Check in at KidZania
Show your voucher at the KidZania entrance and follow the staff's check-in for your family.
- Step 03
Work and play
Children choose their jobs from the city's establishments. Each activity is a session of its own, with a queue at busy times; paying jobs add kidZos, the others spend them. Toddlers stay with an adult throughout.
- Step 04
Leave together
Children leave with the adults they came with. On the transfer options the vehicle takes you back to your hotel.
