On the transfer options a vehicle collects you from your hotel and drops you at Dubai Mall; the shared vehicle may collect other guests. On the ticket-only options you make your own way to Dubai Mall; the rink is on the ground floor between the waterfall atrium and the souk.

At the rink
Show your voucher at the counter, collect skates and socks, and use a locker for your bags. Rent a helmet or buy gloves at the rink if you have none.
- Step 03
On the ice
90 minutes of skating in the session you booked: any public session, a disco night session, or a session with a hot chocolate and marshmallows.
- Step 04
Back
On the transfer options the vehicle takes you back to your hotel; your captain confirms the pickup and return times. The operator gives 3 hours for the private-transfer options.
