1. Step 01 Getting there

   With a transfer, the vehicle collects you from your Phuket hotel at the time on your voucher. Ticket only, you make your own way to 333/3 Moo 1, Kathu; the park puts it about 20 minutes from Patong.

2. Step 02 At the park

   Exchange your voucher at the gate for the park's wristband, which it uses for entry and lockers. Then the day is yours: slides, the wave pool and the food courts. The operator gives about 5 hours for the visit.

3. Step 03 Back to your hotel

   With a transfer, the vehicle takes you back at the time on your voucher. The park closes its main zone at 18:00.

Know before you go

• The park's own rules list what you may wear on the rides: swimsuit, board shorts, bodysuit, T-shirt, hijab, waterproof swim nappies, goggles and water shoes. Not allowed: ordinary nappies, underwear, jeans, skirts, jackets, clothes with buttons or zips, snorkel gear and your own float (andamandaphuket.com, checked 24 Sep 2026).
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park; eat at its restaurants or add the operator's lunch.
• Each slide has its own minimum and maximum height and weight, and lifeguards enforce them. At the gate the park sells adult tickets from 122 cm and child tickets from 91 to 121 cm; tell your captain the heights and ages of any children.
• The operator lists the day pass for Indian nationals at two different rates under the same name. Your captain confirms which rate applies to each person before you pay, and whether you need your passport at the gate.
• The private-transfer options are priced per person on this page because the sheet does not say per person or per vehicle, and the sheet gives them 1.5 hours rather than 5. Your captain confirms both with the operator.
• The park's main zone opens 10:00 to 18:00. Arrive early for shade by the pools.
• Sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle for the walk between rides; the sun is strong even on a cloudy day.
• Availability is confirmed by the operator when your captain books; a booking can be declined by the supplier for a price change, allocation or stop-sale.
