Full amount at booking — activities are slot-based.

Departure is guaranteed once 12 travelers are confirmed; if we ever cancel a departure, you choose a full refund or a free date change.
Refund policy
Full refund (minus payment-gateway fees) if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and 30+ days before departure.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Cancellation policy
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before your slot.
Under 48 hours: no refund, but you may transfer your slot to a friend.
Weather cancellations by the operator: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.
