The route we start from

These are the stages published for this trip. A stage can cover part of a day or several days; it is not a separate travel day.

1. Stage 01

   Arrive in Pune

   Begin with a night in Pune. Confirm the route order, early starts and any meal arrangements before the first drive.

2. Stage 02

   Morgaon and Siddhatek

   Visit Morgaon first and continue to Siddhatek. Return towards Pune for the night.

3. Stage 03

   Pali and Mahad

   Head west for Pali and Mahad. Plan an overnight near the western leg rather than scheduling a late crossing to the next shrine.

4. Stage 04

   Theur and the northern leg

   Return east to Theur, then travel towards the Junnar area for the night. This is a substantial road day.

5. Stage 05

   Lenyadri and Ozar

   Plan the cave-temple steps at Lenyadri and a separate visit to Ozar. Stay in the Junnar area again.

6. Stage 06

   Ranjangaon and Morgaon

   Continue to Ranjangaon before returning to Morgaon to close the circuit. Finish the day in Pune.

7. Stage 07

   Depart Pune

   Keep onward connections for today rather than rushing the return visit to Morgaon.
