The route we start from

- Stage 01
Arrival
Land and check in around Baga or Anjuna, which is where the north keeps its energy. The first evening is a shack on the sand with the sun going into the Arabian Sea, which is the compulsory opening move and never stops working.
- Stage 02
North Beaches
Water sports at Baga in the morning, which is parasailing, jet skis and the banana boat, all sold from the beach and all negotiable. Anjuna in the afternoon for the flea market, which runs on Wednesdays in season and has been a fixture for decades.
- Stage 03
Cliffs & Clubs
Chapora fort in the late afternoon, which is a ruin on a headland with the best view on this coast and a certain film's legacy attached to it. Then the cliff clubs at Vagator and Anjuna for sunset, and the night goes wherever the night goes.
- Stage 04
Free Day
A free day, and the honest options are a Dudhsagar waterfall day trip, which is a long round trip and worth it, or the beach and a recovery. Most groups split and reconvene for dinner.
- Stage 05
The Return
A late brunch, which is the only sensible way to end this particular week, and the flight or train home. Four nights in the loud half of Goa, done properly rather than apologetically.
