What we work through with you

1. Your date and who is joining

   Tell us the date you want and who is coming, with children’s ages and any access or food needs, so we can check suitability with the operator.

2. The practical arrangements

   We check available times, the meeting point, transport if listed and the operator’s requirements. Optional extras are confirmed separately.

3. Getting there

   Getting there is not included; ask us to add a transfer.

4. Your written quote

   Review the final arrangements, total price, inclusions and payment and cancellation terms before booking. An enquiry does not reserve this trip.

The experience outline

The plan as the operator runs it. Start times and pickup are confirmed for your date.

1. Step 01

   Getting there

   Make your own way to the launch point on the operator's voucher. The operator does not name the operator or the beach; your captain sends both with the voucher. No transfer is included.

2. Step 02

   Kitting up

   Check in, put on the life jacket and any other safety gear the operator gives you, and listen to how the board is controlled.

3. Step 03

   In the water

   Thirty minutes on the flyboard, with the jet ski and its operator alongside, then back to the shore.
