- Step 01
Arrival at the Dubai Mall
Ticket-only guests reach the aquarium entrance inside the Dubai Mall themselves; the voucher gives the entry point. On the transfer options a vehicle collects you from your hotel.
- Step 02
The tunnel
Through the 48-metre tunnel at the bottom of the tank. There is no time limit; walk it twice.
- Step 03
The Underwater Zoo
Up to the zoo level for the crocodiles and the other habitats, then Penguin Cove.
- Step 04
Afterwards
You come out into the mall. On the transfer options, drop back at your hotel; ticket-only guests can stay on for the fountain show outside, which is free to watch from the promenade.
