How we arrange this experience
Dubai Airport Pickup to Your Hotel: Private Car or Van, Priced per Vehicle
Start with the published plan for Dubai airport to your hotel, UAE. Explore this package’s arrangements and the details we work through before you book.
What we work through with you
Your date, time and route
Tell us the date, pickup time and address, and your flight number if you are landing or flying out.
The vehicle and pickup point
We confirm a vehicle that fits your group and luggage, and exactly where the driver meets you.
Your written quote
Review the final arrangements, total price, inclusions and payment and cancellation terms before booking. An enquiry does not reserve this trip.
The experience outline
Your pickup time and meeting point are confirmed for your date.
- Step 01
Before you fly
Send your captain your flight number, arrival time, terminal if you know it, hotel name, number of travellers and number of bags. The captain confirms your hotel's zone and the vehicle size with the operator, and shares the voucher with the meeting instructions.
- Step 02
Arrival
Clear immigration and collect your luggage. Follow the voucher to the meeting point; at Terminal 3 this may be the DXB Greet & Go kiosk in arrivals, where a QR code shows your driver and vehicle.
- Step 03
To your hotel
The driver takes your group and your luggage straight to your hotel. The drive time depends on your zone and the traffic.
