Reaching the Dubai Mall
On the transfer options a vehicle collects you from your hotel about an hour before the slot. Ticket-only guests reach the At the Top entrance on the lower ground floor of the Dubai Mall themselves, 30 to 45 minutes before the slot time on the voucher.
- Step 02
Security and the lift
Bag check, then the lift to level 124. Fast-track tickets use a shorter line.
- Step 03
At the top
Levels 124 and 125, with an outdoor terrace on 124. On the Sky tickets, level 148 first, for about 30 minutes with refreshments, then 124 and 125. Most people spend 45 minutes to an hour.
- Step 04
Afterwards
You exit into the Dubai Mall, a few minutes' walk from the fountain lake. Evening slots pair well with the fountain show.
