A 7- to 14-day Europe trip from India costs from ₹1,64,999 to ₹3,49,999 per person on our trips (prices checked 16 Oct 2026): ₹1,64,999 for 7 days in Greece, ₹1,69,999 to ₹1,89,999 for 8 days in Central Europe, Italy or Switzerland and Paris, and ₹3,49,999 for 14 days across four countries, all with return flights from Ahmedabad. Our group tours start at ₹1,69,000 for 8 days, but airfare is extra.

Our private Europe trips include return flights from Ahmedabad, central 3–4 star hotels with daily breakfast, the trains or coaches listed, a trip captain, and the Schengen visa file prepared by us with the visa fee included. Travel insurance, city taxes paid at hotels and meals not listed are extra. GST and TCS are shown in your written quote.

How much does a Europe trip cost per person from India?

Per day, the private trips work out to about ₹21,250 to ₹25,000 per person with flights, and the group tours to about ₹19,200 to ₹21,125 before flights.

How do group tour prices compare with private trips?

The headline prices look close, but they buy different things.

Meals are the big difference for many Indian families. Jewels of East Europe includes 6 Indian lunches and 7 dinners, and European Highlights 8 lunches and 9 dinners, with Jain, vegetarian or non-vegetarian choices. On our private trips, meals other than breakfast are extra, so budget for food, especially if anyone eats Jain.

What do 7-, 10- and 14-day Europe trips cost?

Length also decides how much leave you need. Flying out on a Saturday, a 7- or 8-day trip uses five working days of leave, a 10-day trip six, and a 14-day trip ten.

7 days: one country, done properly

Greece: Island Light is from ₹1,64,999 per person: Athens with early entry to the Acropolis and its museum, then Santorini with a caldera-view stay, a catamaran day and a winery evening. The Acropolis morning is on uneven marble in the midday heat, so parents should pace it.

8 to 10 days: three cities, or a coach circuit

Central Europe Storybook at ₹1,69,999 links Prague, Vienna and Budapest by train. Italy Amore at ₹1,79,999 runs Rome, Florence, a Tuscany day and Venice, with guided mornings at the Colosseum and the Vatican. Swiss–Paris Classic at ₹1,89,999 pairs Paris with Interlaken and a high-altitude day at Jungfraujoch, where the air is thin, so tell us about heart or breathing conditions.

The 10-day European Highlights group tour at ₹1,92,000 covers Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Heidelberg, Switzerland, Innsbruck, Venice and Rome by coach; its Jungfraujoch excursion is an optional extra on the free day.

14 days: four countries on one leave

Grand Europe: The Fourteen-Day Sweep is from ₹3,49,999 per person: Paris, Jungfraujoch and Lauterbrunnen, Rome, Florence and Venice, then two nights in Santorini.

Which costs are not in the package price?

What does a couple or a family of four pay?

Multiply the per-person price by the number of travellers. These totals are before GST and TCS. Children's prices depend on age and bedding, so we price them in your quote; on the group tours, a child is anyone under 11 for the whole tour.

How much should you set aside for the Schengen visa and insurance?

On our private trips the visa fee is in the price. For a group tour, or a trip you plan yourself, these are the rules we checked in October 2026:

You apply to the consulate of the country where you will spend the most time, or the first country you enter if the stays are equal. Every applicant in India appears in person for fingerprints and a photograph, though children under 12 are not fingerprinted. If you apply through a visa centre, its service charge is extra, so check it before booking.

For example, two adults and two children aged 6 to 11 on a group tour pay €270 in visa fees, plus insurance and the centre's charges. Allowing for the appointment, the 15-day decision period and a possible extension, we suggest starting the file about two months before you fly.

Is a group tour or a private trip better value for your family?

A group tour is better value if you want Indian meals included, especially Jain food, if your parents like having a tour manager, and if one of the fixed departure dates suits your leave.

A private trip is better value if you need your own dates, want flights and the visa fee in one price, or travel with elderly parents who need slower mornings. Europe is a walking trip either way: Central Europe means steep castle approaches and cobbled old towns, so plan rest afternoons.

How early should I apply for a Schengen visa? No earlier than six months and at least 15 days before travel. A decision usually takes 15 calendar days and up to 45, so start about two months ahead.
