Are Jain and vegetarian meals included?
Yes. Every listed lunch and dinner is an Indian meal in a Jain, vegetarian or non-vegetarian version, and on the Jewels of East Europe tour most meals are at Indian restaurants. Choose the version when you book. The tour pages also say that meals are pre-set, so there is no choice of menu within that version, and any extra meals are on you.
Breakfast is a continental buffet. If a parent keeps a strict Jain diet, tell us when you enquire so it is written into the booking.
Which tour suits parents, couples or first-timers?
First trip to Europe, or parents
Fascinating Europe is the simplest: two countries in eight days, with three nights in Paris and four in Switzerland, so fewer hotel changes. Jewels of East Europe is the only tour our pages mark as moderate walking: a guided walk of two to three hours in each city, one alpine cable car, and the coach for every long drive. The other tours are marked high, with daily walking and a high-altitude cable car stop. Our pages mark every tour "possible" for seniors, so check the day plans with them.
Couples
European Highlights covers Paris to Rome in ten days for ₹1,92,000 per person, with a free day in Switzerland and an optional Jungfraujoch excursion. Exclusive Europe adds a gondola ride in Venice and a guided walk in Florence.
Families with children
Fascinating, Exclusive, Beauty, Best and Grand Wonders all include a full day at Disneyland Paris. The pages warn that long coach days can tire young children, so a shorter tour may suit them better.
Which visa and documents do you need for a Europe group tour?
The Schengen visa
On every tour, the countries outside the UK are visited on one Schengen short-stay visa. The European Commission's page (checked October 2026) says:
- The fee is €90 for adults (about ₹9,600) and €45 for children aged 6 to 12 (about ₹4,800).
- Apply at least 15 days before your journey, and no earlier than 6 months before.
- A decision normally takes 15 days, and can take up to 45 days if the consulate needs more time or documents.
- Apply to the consulate of the country where you will spend the longest time.
- The visa allows up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
Visa fees are not included in the tour price, and each consulate publishes its own document list, so check it before you apply. Our tour pages are clear that a visa is never guaranteed.
The UK visa for Grand Wonders of Europe
Grand Wonders starts with three nights in London, so it also needs a UK Standard Visitor visa. GOV.UK lists it at £135 for up to 6 months, and the earliest you can apply is 3 months before you travel (checked October 2026).
How are group departure dates confirmed?
Each tour is a scheduled group tour with fixed dates, a set itinerary and a tour manager, shared with other travellers. The pages say departure operation and your seat are subject to written confirmation.
Two rules from the tour pages protect your money:
- Book flights only after your seat is confirmed in writing, because airfare is not included.
- Time your flights to the tour: arrival flights should land between 8 am and 2 pm (Paris for most tours, Vienna for Jewels of East Europe, London for Grand Wonders), and the coach drops you at the departure airport by 11 am on the last day.
If a fixed group date doesn't suit your leave, a private trip can follow your own dates; our customised travel plans post explains how that works, and the Europe destination guide covers the countries.
How we help
We confirm your seat on a Europe group tour in writing, then help you time flights from Ahmedabad and prepare for the visa, with GST and TCS shown in one quote before you pay. Tell us the month, who is travelling and what everyone eats: start with a message.
