Arrival at the Mall of the Emirates
Ticket-only guests reach Ski Dubai on the ground floor of the mall themselves. On the transfer options a vehicle collects you from your hotel.
- Step 02
Kitting up
Collect the jacket, trousers, boots and gloves that come with the pass, lockers for your bags, then through the doors.
- Step 03
In the snow
Snow Park passes: unlimited rides for the session. Slope passes: your two hours or your day on the slope. The Premium pass's slope time or lesson is arranged at the desk.

Return
Back to the mall, warm again in a minute. On the transfer options, drop back at your hotel.

- Entry to Ski Dubai on the pass you choose: Snow Classic (unlimited Snow Park rides), Snow Plus (a Snow Park pass, as the operator lists it), Snow Premium (Snow Park plus the Mountain Thriller and Snow Bullet, plus a two-hour slope session or a 60-minute discovery lesson, and one photo), or a two-hour or full-day slope session
- Winter clothing with the pass: jacket, trousers, boots and disposable socks, plus fleece gloves; helmets for children under 13
- On the shared options: return transfer from Dubai city hotels in a vehicle shared with other guests. On the private options: return transfer for your group only. Ticket-only options include no transfer

- Hats, scarves and thicker gloves; carry your own
- Ski or snowboard lessons beyond the discovery lesson on the Snow Premium pass, and the penguin encounters, which Ski Dubai sells separately
