- Step 01
Arrival at the Visitor Centre
Check in at Royal Selangor's Visitor Centre in Setapak Jaya. Your captain confirms your workshop time when booking.
- Step 02
The pewter workshop
An artisan shows you how to hammer a flat pewter disc against a wooden mould until it curves into a bowl. Materials, the mallet and guidance are provided; take your time over the shaping.
- Step 03
Finish and browse
Collect your bowl, apron and certificate. The operator allows 1.5 hours in total, so there is time to watch the pewtersmiths at the centre's live craftsmanship showcase before you leave.
