The experience outline

The plan as the operator runs it. Start times and pickup are confirmed for your date.

1. Step 01

   Very early pickup

   Collection from your Bali hotel well before dawn on the shared or private transfer; the exact pickup time comes with your voucher and depends on sunrise timing for your date.

2. Step 02

   The climb

   The trek up Mount Batur in the dark, at a pace set by your guide, timed to reach the top for sunrise.

3. Step 03

   Sunrise and breakfast

   Sunrise from near the summit. Breakfast is served on the shared option.

4. Step 04

   Descent, and hot springs on the private option

   The walk back down in daylight. The private transfer option adds a stop at hot springs afterwards; the shared option returns directly.

5. Step 05

   Return

   Back to your Bali hotel. The day runs about 8 hours shared or 9 hours private, by the operator.
