1. Step 01 The Visit

   Timed entry from the Tower 3 lobby and a lift to level 57, which is the observation deck on the ship-shaped structure spanning all three towers, 200 metres up and cantilevered 67 metres past the last one. The deck looks out over Gardens by the Bay from directly above, which is the only angle that shows the Supertrees as a grove rather than a skyline, with the container port and the Straits beyond and the whole CBD behind you. An hour is enough. Book the slot for around forty minutes before sunset so you get the city in daylight, at blue hour and lit, and you are still up there for the Spectra light and water show on the promenade below, which runs nightly and looks better from above than from the front row.
