How we arrange this experience
KLIA/KLIA2 to Your Kuala Lumpur Hotel: Private Transfer
Start with the published plan for KLIA/KLIA2 to Kuala Lumpur. Explore this package’s arrangements and the details we work through before you book.
What we work through with you
Your date, time and route
Tell us the date, pickup time and address, and your flight number if you are landing or flying out.
The vehicle and pickup point
We confirm a vehicle that fits your group and luggage, and exactly where the driver meets you.
Your written quote
Review the final arrangements, total price, inclusions and payment and cancellation terms before booking. An enquiry does not reserve this trip.
The experience outline
Your pickup time and meeting point are confirmed for your date.
- Step 01
Before you fly
Send your captain your flight number and arrival time, the number of passengers and bags, and your hotel's name and address. Your captain books the pickup with the operator and puts the meeting details on your voucher.
- Step 02
Arrival
After you collect your bags at KLIA or KLIA2, meet the driver where your voucher says. Where exactly, and how long the driver waits for a delayed flight, is confirmed by your captain.
- Step 03
The drive
Straight to your Kuala Lumpur hotel. The operator allows about an hour; the real time depends on where your hotel is and on traffic.
