What we work through with you

  1. Your date, time and route

Tell us the date, pickup time and address, and your flight number if you are landing or flying out.

  2. The vehicle and pickup point

We confirm a vehicle that fits your group and luggage, and exactly where the driver meets you.

  3. Your written quote

Review the final arrangements, total price, inclusions and payment and cancellation terms before booking. An enquiry does not reserve this trip.

The experience outline

Your pickup time and meeting point are confirmed for your date.

  1. Step 01

    Before you fly

Send your captain your flight number and departure time, the number of passengers and bags, and your hotel's name and address. Your captain books the drop-off with the operator and puts the pickup time from your hotel on your voucher.

  2. Step 02

    Hotel pickup

The driver collects you from your hotel at the time on your voucher, timed to allow for check-in at KLIA or KLIA2.

  3. Step 03

    The drive

Straight to KLIA or KLIA2. The operator allows about an hour; the real time depends on traffic and where your hotel is.
