The story

Jomtien Beach runs for about six kilometres, mostly straight, starting some three kilometres down from Pattaya Beach. The Tourism Authority of Thailand describes it as quieter and more relaxed than Pattaya Beach and popular with windsurfers and water sports enthusiasts, with hotels along the road that runs beside the shore (tourismthailand.org, checked 24 Sep 2026).
