2. Step 02

   Drive to Chiang Rai province

   The road out of Chiang Mai into Chiang Rai province; the operator gives the whole day as about 11 hours but does not state the driving time on its own.

3. Step 03

   White Temple (Wat Rong Khun)

   Time at Wat Rong Khun, the White Temple, near Chiang Rai city.

4. Step 04

   Golden Triangle

   The viewpoint at Sop Ruak where the Mekong and Ruak rivers meet, with the option of a river boat ride locally.

5. Step 05

   Return

   The drive back to your Chiang Mai hotel; the whole day runs about 11 hours by the operator.
