- Step 01
Before the day
Send your captain your flight number and departure time, the terminal if you know it, hotel name, number of travellers and number of bags. The captain agrees the hotel pickup time and vehicle size with the operator and shares the voucher.
- Step 02
Hotel pickup
Be in the lobby, checked out, at the time on your voucher. The driver loads the luggage and your group sets off.
- Step 03
To the airport
The driver takes you to the departures area of your terminal. The drive time depends on your zone and the traffic.
