How we arrange this experience
Abu Dhabi Private Car with Driver, Full Day (8 Hours)
Start with the published plan for Abu Dhabi, UAE. Explore this package’s arrangements and the details we work through before you book.
What we work through with you
Your date, time and route
Tell us the date, pickup time and address, and your flight number if you are landing or flying out.
The vehicle and pickup point
We confirm a vehicle that fits your group and luggage, and exactly where the driver meets you.
Your written quote
Review the final arrangements, total price, inclusions and payment and cancellation terms before booking. An enquiry does not reserve this trip.
The experience outline
Your pickup time and meeting point are confirmed for your date.
- Step 01
Plan the day with your captain
Share the places you want to see, the hotel and a start time. The captain checks with the operator that the plan fits within eight hours and the area the booking covers.
- Step 02

The chauffeur meets you at your Abu Dhabi hotel at the time on your voucher.
- Step 03
Your day
Eight hours with the car and driver: stops, waits and lunch wherever you choose, within what the operator confirms.
- Step 04
Drop-off
Back at your hotel by the end of the eighth hour. Extra hours, if the operator offers them, are agreed and priced by your captain in advance.
