1. Step 01 Arrival

   Make your own way to Reem Mall and up to Level 2; collect entry with the operator's voucher. Your captain confirms the entry time on the voucher.

2. Step 02 In the snow

   Unlimited rides and attractions for the day: the tube slides and the train first, then the gentler garden and forest areas, with a warm-up break at the cafe.

3. Step 03 Afterwards

   Leave when you like within opening hours; Reem Mall's restaurants are outside the gate.

Know before you go

• Winter outfit rental, fleece gloves and a locker come with your ticket; wear long trousers, socks and a full-sleeve top of your own underneath, since jeans get wet and cold.
• Some rides have their own limits, posted at each ride. The Flight of the Snowy Owl, for example, takes riders over 8, at least 120 cm tall and over 30 kg (adults under 120 kg); it is not for pregnant guests or anyone with high blood pressure or a back injury.
• By the venue's safety page, children aged 2 or below are not allowed in, children 13 or under wear a helmet, and children up to 15 should be with an adult holding a valid ticket.
• It is genuinely cold inside. Children with a cold or chest trouble should sit it out, and everyone should take breaks at the cafe.
• Hours by the mall's page (checked 22 Sep 2026): Sunday to Tuesday 10 am to 10 pm, Wednesday to Saturday 10 am to midnight. Holidays can change them; your captain confirms for your date.
• Phones and cameras mist up going in and out; keep them in a pocket for a few minutes each way.
• Availability is confirmed by the operator when your captain books; a booking can be declined by the supplier for a price change, allocation or stop-sale.
