1. Step 01 Getting there

   Make your own way to the Falcon terminal at the Atlantis The Palm helipad on the Palm Jumeirah; no transfer is included. Falcon says there is parking outside the terminal building.

2. Step 02 Check-in, 45 minutes before

   Check in at least 45 minutes before your flight with an original passport or official photo ID. Seats are allotted by the passengers' weights, and anything beyond a phone, a camera and sunglasses goes in a free locker.

3. Step 03 The flight

   12, 15, 17 or 25 minutes over the city on the route of the flight you booked, then back to the same helipad.

Know before you go

• The operator names the flights, not the operator. The names and lengths match Falcon Heli Tours at Atlantis The Palm; your captain confirms the operator and helipad from the operator's voucher before you pay.
• The operator does not say shared or private. Its price is per person, which fits a seat on a shared flight; other guests may fly with you, and your captain confirms.
• Check in at least 45 minutes before the flight with an original passport or official photo ID.
• Falcon's rules: children from two years old only, each in their own seat; ages 2 to 12 must fly with a guardian; babies under two cannot fly.
• Falcon's weight limit on shared flights is 110 kg per passenger per seat, and seat-belt extenders are not available. Tell your captain if anyone in your party is near the limit.
• Seating is set by the passengers' weights, so a window seat cannot be promised.
• Only phones, cameras and sunglasses go on board; bags go in a free locker. Wear flat, secure shoes and no loose scarves.
• Pregnant travellers can fly up to 32 weeks with a doctor's approval, by Falcon's rules. Anyone uneasy with heights, flying or small cabins should think twice.
• Weather or poor visibility can cancel a flight; Falcon tries to reschedule. Keep a spare day in your plan and ask your captain what the operator offers then.
• The operator carries one rate per flight and no child rate. Your captain asks the operator about child prices before you pay.
• Availability is confirmed by the operator only when your captain books. The operator can decline a booking if the price has changed or the flight is full, and you are told before you pay.
• Prices are per person in INR. GST and TCS on international bookings are shown in your written quote.
