1. Step 01 Reach Burj Lake

   Ticket-only guests make their own way to the lake between the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa; the Dubai Mall metro station and the mall's fountain-side exits lead to it. On the transfer options a vehicle collects you from your Dubai hotel; the shared vehicle collects other guests on the way.

2. Step 02 Boardwalk or lake ride

   Show your voucher at the boardwalk gate or the lake-ride jetty. The boardwalk walk takes as long as you like within the show window; the boat ride is timed to a show.

3. Step 03 After the show

   Walk back into the mall or up the promenade; on the transfer options the vehicle takes you back to your hotel.

Know before you go

• The fountain's own web pages could not be read by us this run, so the current show timetable and any maintenance closure are not confirmed here. Your captain checks the show times for your date with the operator before you pay.
• Both experiences run to the fountain's schedule, so your slot is a show time, not a time of your choosing; evening shows are the ones these tickets are sold for.
• You will get damp on the boardwalk and on the boat when the wind blows the spray; keep phones and cameras in a pocket between photographs.
• The lake ride is a small boat boarded from a jetty. Say when you enquire if anyone in your group uses a wheelchair or cannot manage a step down, and the captain asks the operator what is possible.
• Downtown is very crowded at show time on weekends and holidays; allow 20 minutes to walk from the metro or a taxi drop to the lake.
• The operator carries one rate per option. Your captain asks the operator about child and infant rates before you pay.
• The shared transfer follows a pickup route, so the pickup window is wide and the vehicle may collect other guests after you.
• Availability and the show slot are confirmed by the operator only when your captain books. The operator can decline a booking if the price has changed or the date is sold out, and you are told before you pay.
• Prices are per person in INR. GST and TCS are shown in your written quote.
