What happens

1. Step 01 Getting there

   Make your own way to the launch point on the operator's voucher; the operator lists this session without a transfer.

2. Step 02 Briefing and kit

   A safety briefing and the kit the operator provides; your captain confirms with the operator whether the briefing is inside or on top of the 30 minutes.

3. Step 03 On the board

   Thirty minutes on the e-foil, from finding your balance to, with luck, standing and riding above the water.

Know before you go

• The operator does not name the operator or the launch point, or say whether an instructor is with you on the water. Your captain gets them from the operator with the voucher, before you pay.
• Ask your captain for the operator's minimum age and weight limit. For comparison only, another operator's e-foil session on Visit Dubai (Sea Mocean, Sofitel The Palm) sets a minimum age of 16 and a maximum weight of 110 kg, makes a helmet and life jacket compulsory, and does not take pregnant women or anyone with back or neck problems.
• That same comparison listing gives a 10-minute briefing before a 30-minute ride. Your captain confirms how the operator's 30 minutes are counted.
• You will fall in, often. Wear swimwear, bring a towel and a change, and leave phones and valuables ashore.
• Riding depends on the wind and the sea; the operator can shorten or call off a session in rough water. Your captain tells you what the operator offers if that happens.
• From May to September the sun on the water is fierce; a morning session is kinder. Waterproof sunscreen helps.
• The operator writes 30 minutes as 0.3 hours; this page shows 30 minutes.
• Availability is confirmed by the operator only when your captain books. The operator can decline a booking if the price has changed, the slot is full or the product is on stop-sale, and you are told before you pay.
• Prices are per person in INR, one rider per board. GST and TCS on international bookings are shown in your written quote.
